Photoshop costs money, so don't ask where to download it for free.

I use all three. I start with paint.net or gimp transfer it to the other for detail. And photoshop to finish it off! |

It's frustrating how lots of people are saying Photoshop but I still can't find a free download of the full version! (That works) Grrr.. |

And you can use the color pane to adjust the transparency of any chosen color. |
