Appearance: Matthias is a man of a short yet broad and strong build. He is Caucasian, with a pale skin tone. Matthias's legs are particularly muscled and powerful. Matthias's entire body is shaved, and caked with a variety of dirt and grime. Matthias's eyes are steel blue-gray.
Personality: Though Matthias has morals, he is cold in battle, and untrusting.
Clothes: Matthias is dressed in an urban camo trench-coat, with the inside protected by light armor plating. Matthias's neck is guarded by a firm, reinforced collar that goes to his chin. Matthias's legs are the most armored part of him besides his head, with heavily reinforced urban camo combat pants. He also has a pair of fingered combat gloves, and black combat boots. Matthias's head is covered by an Urban Camo ballistics helmet, a pair of small protective goggles (which can be slid open), and a Gas Mask with an attached hood.
Matthias's entire outfit is covered by dirt and grime. On his back, Matthias has a large pack with a medical kit looted from GDI, and a change of clothing (Ghillie Suit).
