Well, everything was at peace in the ninja world. Or at least as peaceful as it can get when you live as a Ninja. Wars were still fought, battles were still waged, people still di.ed horrible deat.hs at the hands of equally horrible people. But just recently, a rumor spread around the lands. It said that there was a man who knew almost every Justu there was to know. He made his own ultimate, but forbidden techniques. It was said that there was one Justu of each element. These Justu were stuff of legend. The could annihilate villages in a single second, destroy anyone or anything that got in the user's way, no matter how powerful. Now almost everyone, from mere Genin to the Kages themselves search for them. They were said to be hidden around the Ninja world, that means any of the 5 great nations, and the smaller countries. What was not known by anyone, however, was that they all are incomplete. Unfinished. These Justu would kill the user the day after it was used. This was because they put such a strain on the body, so the user's body could only continue into the next day. Everyone is searching for them, hoping to find a least a clue. Some people decided to team up, others decided to go solo after the element of their choice. There were also rumors spread that the massacred Uchiha clan had been 'reborn'. It had not really been reborn, just 1 or 2 descendants of the fabled rouge ninja, Sasuke Uchiha. Will you be the one to find these Justu? Or will you die trying?
Justu:
Ultimate Fireball Justu: You spew a HUGE fireball from you mouth, starting as just mere flames, then becoming the fireball. It will explode on contact with whatever your target is, the rest it will burn through. It can only go in a straight line.
Ultimate Flood Justu: Creates an inescapable flood by duplicating the water from a nearby body of water. You can then control the water and move it where ever you like. When you want it to, the water settles and the outside becomes as tough as 1000 boulders. Almost nothing can break it.
Ultimate Earth Spike Pillars Justu: Just as the name describes. Huge, spiked pillars rise up from the ground in the area you chose. The Pillars pop up at random in random spots in the area, but the spikes are deadly and can practically kill on contact.
Ultimate Lightning Storm Justu: Also as the name describes. You summon a giant lightning storm over the target area. The lightning it 10 fold more powerful than normal lightning, and the user can control where it goes, but it can only go in a straight line.
Ultimate Wind blades Justu: You change the air around an area to make the air as deadly as a blade. You can control how badly they get cut, from a mere scratch to a fatal wound, and it can level buildings with a single cut. But, if timed right, the cuts can be avoided.
Rules:
No ubering/god-modding (Like 'I find all of the justu and kill everyone with them')
Romance is okay, just do not take it too far.
Be sensible.
You WILL be fighting for the scrolls containing the justu, so expect to have to fight some people.
Put 'Forbidden' Under your character sheet to show you read the rules.
No over-powerful justu to start.
No starting over the rank of Genin unless I say you can.

Appearance: Hazto is a teen of medium height, with a powerful and quick build. He has a bronze skin tone from constant exercise in the sun. His hands and feet are calloused heavily from work, and his body is scarred. His eyes are dark blue, and his head is shaved. His head is wrapped in bandages slightly, down to his eyebrows. He wears a dark green pair of pants, and a long-sleeved dark green shirt. His hands are covered by fingered combat gloves, and his clothing has been wrapped down in places by bandages, similar to how a Parkourist wraps their clothing down.

Signature Jutsu: The Horrid Intents, a Genjutsu which amplifies Killing Intent greatly and distorts the image of the user into that of a random horrifying image.

Bio: Hazto is a Genin of Konoha, who follows the legendary Rock Lee's dream of becoming a Taijutsu master. He is fairly ambitious, and wishes to surpass Lee, while being powerful in Genjutsu at the same time. He lives a medium life, and has built up a large reserve of hate for others, which he uses in his Genjutsu.

"Ushi, Mi, Tori," I mutter quickly and my eyes go white. "Water Style, Rushing Serpent Jutsu!" The water around me ripples furiously and then it explodes around me before forming a giant Basilisk. At least I can keep it formed correctly this time. |

A distant sound echoed through the forest surrounding Konoha. The sound of fists and feet against wood. It was Hazto, practicing against a tree. With each punch, he cracked the tree trunk a bit more. |

With a final punch from Hazto, the tree trunk broke apart in one place, causing the entire thing to come falling over. Hazto fell to one knee, lightly panting. He slowly grinned. |
