Teleporters: How do I make them?

Very basic question: I want to have brick A to teleport you to brick B, or an exact location, when you step on it. Whats the script I should use?

I read their scripting tutorial, and that still didn't make sense. I'm just asking for a copied and pasted scripts, which may have blanks in it that only I can fill as I work on the map.
