How The Forum System Works Now:
You can post anything in the forums. (If its appropiate)
You can post any where in the forums without Mods making a requirment
My Point Of View Of How The Forum System Should Work:
You are not allowed to Start any threads unless you have 30 Posts
You are not allowed To Look At The Suggestions And Ideas Forums without having 50 posts.
Please post positivly and if you post Negativly, then don't make it harsh.
