The 3DS is an upcoming handheld console. It has all the controls of a normal DS, plus a joystick. They could make a game for it called ROBLOX 3DS. You could make one place. If you connect to Nintendo WiFi, you can link your account. But you can't buy anything or enter contests. What do you think?

Building with bricks does not seem right on a handheld, or any actual system besides the PC. Either way, Roblox is a PC game, and it is ment to be processed on PC consoles.
