Well, it actually does. When you click it, a window opens up that friendly asks you who offended you. Then, you can choose between some delicious things that the offender might have done. And then you can write in detail that the offender is a jerk and that that person should be banned and RIGH NAO!
Sometimes, it actually does work. 100% in extreme cases. |
