"The leader of the Weavers sees this to be a hopeless, yet a needed effort. While true peace can never be achieved. Wars must be stopped. PeaceKeepers are needed. The Weaver government would like to negotiate an alliance or a deal of some a sort. Whether it be a Non-agresssion pact, to a trade agreement, etc."
