I could argue against that. Where's your validity in that statement? Do you have sources to back it up? By technicality, scripting, LUA or otherwise is considered a code, but not exactly an alteration of a language, such as Pig Latin, Oobidoobi, or Gibberish. I wouldn't exactly say that it's a language if it's really not.
