Real simple. A check all button for the Inbox, and a Accept and Deny all button for friend requests. That should be absolutly no problem for you college grad certified PHP/HTML gurus. ;)

absalutly right sir! i bet even the admins need something like that. i counted and i have 135 messages. but i'm to lazy to get rid of them. even though i took the time to count them....-_-
