NBCers: Create a Group and Spamming Comments

I got your attention huh, well, here it goes: Part1: Let NBCers create atleast 1 group but they have to pay 100 robux and 25 robux to add more ranks so, If NBCers are creating a group, they should double the price because people with BC spends 100 robux to create groups and 25 robux to add more ranks. NBCers must pay 200 robux to make the group, and 50 robux to add more ranks!! Simce NBCers can trade currency, they just have to make an epic place and earn a lot of tix, convert it into robux, and voila, they can create a group!! Moderators/Admins, please do it!! Part2: I hate spamming comments. They just floods people's stuff full of fake free tix/robux!! So, why don't moderators or admins do this: For each comment noobs post. they must pay 2 tix. If they post something like post this on 20 places, log out, log in, check your money, you earn 999999 robuz/tix and the noobs post that comment in 20 places and they didn't realize they had no money left, they would stop spamming!! I don't think the second one would work, because some no only has to do it once, and theotherperson who sees it,willpost it on 5 or something, so they have just cheated someone out o teir hard-earned money. JTM
