(NOTE TO MOST OF MY TL;DR REGULARS: THERE'S NOT AS MUCH TO SAY HERE, SO I PROBABLY WON'T GET ANY TL;DRers ON THIS THREAD. IF YOU DO, I WILL COUNT YOU AS TWO TL;DRers BECAUSE THIS THREAD IS ONLY HALF THE LENGTH OF MY OTHER THREAD.)

Okay, so I type in gametest.roblox.com in the URL. I've got myself automatically logged in (I never log out, because there's no danger, because my network is WPA2 protected, I've got McAfee Total Protection, my little sis has NO idea how to use the computer, and my mom and dad don't stlka me when I'm playing ROBLOX) so I should see the little banner that says:
"Please try xyzGame by xyzAdmin and if there are any bugs, please post it on xyzForum on the main site. Thanks for helping us beta test new features!"
But there's nothing. So I stroll around the site, trying to figure out WHAT is going on. I see a few games being played, but none of them are admin-hosted, so they can't be official. There's nothing new in the Catalog. So I finally go onto a game, hoping to find some new revolutionary update to the ROBLOX system...
And there's nothing. I don't know what we're testing, I don't know if we ARE testing anything or if the devs are just opening the site so they can screw around with hat retextures, but it would be nice to know. So, my suggestion is this:
When we're on gametest.roblox.com, actually TELL us what we're doing so we don't have to wander blithely around trying to figure out what's goin' on. Same thing on sitetest.roblox.com. Most of the time, there's a banner up, but not all of the time.
Seriously, admins. Tell us what's going on, don't leave us twisting in the wind.
And tell us more in the News. All you ever say in the news is, and I quote:
"There's... so much gear!"
That's a title from a REAL news post from a while back. About, you guessed it, four new gear they were releasing. We get to know about all the new hats and gear that Brighteyes and jeditkacheff are shoveling out, just BAAAARELY not infringing copyrights and running out of any creative ideas, but we DON'T get to know what you're testing on the test sites, any scripting/building updates, any ROBLOX Studio updates, or anything else that ISN'T something you can get in the Catalog. The reason you should do this is because, at the top of the News page, it says:
"ROBLOX Developers' Journal"
Notice the word "DEVELOPERS'". In my opinion, this should mean the people who are doing the ACTUAL CODING ON THE SITE AND GAME, not people who are making hats. I know that we should get to know what's new on the site, and on the games, instead of having to blunder around and trying to figure out what it is. I mean, look: you didn't tell us you were working on a new theme, or a halloween hunt (that could've saved you a LOT of bandwidth in S&I, devs! there were tons of threads saying "WE WANT A HALLOWEEN CONTEST!") or ANYTHING for Halloween. You just spontaneously release things. And I'm fed up with it.
TL;DRers version: Tell us what we're testing on the test sites. Actually USE the News to tell us about new game updates, not just new hats & gear.

They were are trying to fix a game glich for a few users and there are CFrame, precise move, and auto weld new tools in studio. |

youre right, they really need to start telling us what they are doing. i mean at least give us something thats slightly important or really important. not retexturing hats and various objects. |

@dawoofinater: However, I would've had to troll around the site, FINALLY realizing it MIGHT be ROBLOX Studio, then find the tools in ROBLOX Studio, and test them out, to know what was going on. OR I would've had to go on the gametest.roblox.com forum and see if there was anything going on, which probably there wouldn't be.
Why can't they put a banner up, even if it only says "Go into your game in Build or Edit mode" or "We're working on fixing a glitch in games for some users." to tell us WHAT THE HECK is going on?

I agree, i go back in time at gametest and i end up randomly strolling around. All i notice is "Oh, this is from *insert time or date here*"
Same with sitetest it would be GREAT if they TRULY told us what we have to do!
