Ok i'm here to talk about the current community of ROBLOX and what the moderators are doing all the time. Most of the website has lost its sportsmenship like when a player kills me today in a game they say: LOL PWNED! When somebody killed me in the past it was: Good game you put up a nice fight. Another problem in the community is spam. So many little kids think it will work and I find it annoying and I know you do to. Another example of spam is the spam clean. The people who post spam clean think they're helping the problem of spam when they are actually making it worse. The moderators currently only work on: Backround updates,Hats and Gear. We don't need these things what they should do is: Update RBXLua,Ban who needs to be banned and do something about lag. They do not delete places that are neccecary to be deleted yet they delete awesome games like: Left 4 Dead. That game was on the front page for a long time and suddenly they think they should delete it. Back to the community i'm finding more and more people spell like this: hai can u donate plz? I'm putting the focus on the "u" and the "plz". They arent how you spell "you" and "please". It seems the younger the player the more often they talk this way. Another annoyance of mine is the fact people use the so called word "noob" it isnt a word. Somebody just wanted to make a new insult so they looked at the word newb (Which means new player) and made it an insult. It was never made a real word. I'm going to add onto my thread with more reasons on why the community on ROBLOX today isnt the best. |

Next time, try typing with structure please.
Loss of sportsmanship: While there may be less of it today, it's all about who you play with.
Spam: Ok, fine, you come up with a solution instead of telling us the problem.
Hats = No. Lua = Yes: They ARE constantly improving Roblox. Whenever you open Roblox, the little box says 'Updating Roblox'. While you may not see any improvements, the development team is constantly working. FYI: They CAN'T update Lua, unless you mean making more objects, class', etc.
Lag: Not completely their problem. It depends on number of bricks, scripts running, the processors of who's playing, etc.
Incorrect spelling: I don't care. Just ignore them. I get messages all the time, saying 'hai can u don8 plz?' all the time. I tell them to write with grammar and you might get a response. Besides, if they come onto the forums, they're straightened out pretty quickly.

no offence either of you, but the past for you is quite a short time ago for me. yes, i agree, spam shud be stopped, but really there isnt much anyone can do but say spam doesnt work and remove comments. what else can we do? and as for sportmanship, no offence, but no one cares. |

Stop being so ignorant. Spam CAN be stopped, and there are multiple ways to do it too. Telamon's suggestion (Pay to Post), a disclaimer and a tweaked HTML code, etc. People keep comments on because they WANT feedback on their item. Removing comments is pointless. |

I said RBXLua as in making it simpler for new players thats what RBXLua is for, making Lua simpler and what neccecary updates have they made hmm? |

Toa again about RBXLua they arent updating it at all. Nearly every week a new hat/gear comes out. |

They are constantly removing bugs within the system.
It's not perfect.
And, I know they are constantly working on hats/gear. But they have separate branches in their office. You didn't think it was JUST builderman and Telamon, did you? They have a development team working on the software. What did you think the GAMETEST site was for? To test the game. Why would you need to test the game? Because they updated it.
Also, GOOD sportsmanship doesn't cause fights. If you're going to correct someone else, correct yourself first. |

When I said that it caused fights I meant BAD sportsmenship. The so called updates to the game is the background recently it was body meshes. |

Another thing I would like to talk about is the news section its mainly for advertising new hats/gear whatever happened to the Travelogue they made 3 posts to it and it ended.

You mean MAJOR game updates. Next time, be clear. They can't come out with a major game update every week, they need to test them, work out the bugs or unforeseen glitches, then beta them, etc.
It's not as simple as creating a hat.

Do they post the updates on the news section so everybody knows its been updated? No. Its just an example of how the news is just used as an advertising system. |

Anyways you said that I wanted new major game updates every week but I want them to FOCUS on the major game updates whether then the hats/gear. |
