It is coming to the time in Panem where people are chosen in the reaping to attend the Hunger Games as a tribute. District tributes battle eachother in a large arena, and are casted on television. The battle goes on until one is left, besides the seventy fifth hunger games, which has been left in the dust a long while ago. It is now the ninety-ninth hunger games, and you have just been chosen by the raffle. 2 out of 1,000's, yet you and your partner are chosen. Good luck.

Rules: ↓
1). This is not a complete list, and what I and my admins say is law.
2). No flaming, ubering, character controling, trolling, and things of that sort. No swearing, cursing, cussing; meaning keep language clean. Saying things like, 'I cuss under my breath.' is perfectly find, though.
3). I control time of the RP. That means you can not time-skip, deny a freeze, or instantly make it the next day without my knowing/asking/permission. When I say ~ Freeze ~, joiners are welcome but posts on the Role Playing part are not.
4). Follow your conscience, meaning don't do things you know are against the rules, that are mean. I want all arguments off the grounds of the thread. Take it to a PM, or I will ban those who are arguing from the thread, and make them die off in the arena :P. Uhm, stay on topic, follow my lead sort of, follow these rules... and... yeah.
5). Have fun. (a little bit more of rule material in the districts section.) ☻
Extra | 6). This is a slot role-play. I cannot allow any more spots when all spots are taken, and I'm not going to allow people to be mentors or stylists. Those in the district shall control those people to a point.

Appearance: Curly and wavy light brown hair that looks dark blonde in pure sunlight with layers and a silky texture that reaches her shoulder blades with lighter natural highlights that blend in, cut in a cleopatra type cut but with side bangs that reach down and curl around her face along with the square bangs, one of them covering part of her left eye. She has big and beautiful dark brown eyes, with thick hazel (Greenish Brown type) rings around the rim and the pupil in the eye with long, dark eyelashes that give a mystical look to them. She has a thin nose and full well defined lips that is a natural pinkish red color, and cheeks that have a natural blush. She has groups of light freckles on her cheeks and the bridge area of the nose, and a couple on her arms. She is slim and slightly curvy, being tall [5'6 1/4"] and she tends to be light on her feet [91.7 LBS]. Lastly, she has light skin, that is slightly tanned yet creamy. She wears a black fitting t-shirt. She also wears a light gray skirt that reaches to the middle of her thigh, with black leggings that reach to her knees, and then black stylish uggs that reaches to a couple inches above her knee. She is totally feminine looking, beautiful and called unique.
Traits/Personality: Tends to be selfless, kind and sweet, but she knows how to be mean, and isn't afraid to stand up for herself. She also has an extremely smart side she's picked up through-out the years, and she has an imaginative mind that nobody can stop from soaring.
Weapon Strengths: Swinging Weapons, Ranged Weapons (She has great accuracy and speed). She has great agility, too, and a quick thinking mind.
Weaknesses: Close Range Attacks (For she is weak physically), Easily Trusts.

Bio: Chelsea grew up in a family of eight in all, with her two parents and her five siblings. She is the middle child of the five, and tends to be the baby-sitter for Lila and Korey which are her younger siblings while Damia and Amy, her older siblings go around town doing errands, and her parents are out working in the mines. This was her first year putting her name into the Reaping, and she only entered once. Yet, she was chosen, and proved that her luck wasn't with her that day. Chelsea is an intelligent and sweet girl, and could never think of killing someone. So, now she only wonders what she will do. She is skilled with swinging weapons or bows, but also throwing weapons or anything with a padle, mostly. She's hoping District Twelve cheers her on, and that she'll survive long enough for their likings.
