Well, guests are registered players so no, they could not. I suppose there could be a feature that if you didnt invite 19 people to the party, then the server could become open, so guests could join. |

i support, however, not evrey one is a good builder. i would be nice if roblox made a starting idea, then you can or cant build of of that. the starting idea includes a dance floor, a (insert robotic admin name here) dj, a bar/resturant, a pool/lake, and a celebration gear and hat room |

I like this idea but:
People would set there birthday for the day they create their account or for old users they would set it for the day it comes out and get the prizes and everything.
This would also take months, maybe even a year to make. Loads of scripting and busy, busy admins.
Very abusable and lots of time needed.
But again, I like the idea alot but it probaly won't happen. |

How exactly is this abusable? Ive made it almost 100% not abusable! You can only get prizes once a year, you don't get robux or tix, you can only change your b-day in account if the b-day date has passed. You only get the gear and hats once. What exactly can be abused? |

Well, then people can just make random account and say that their birthday is the next day.
But, I kind of agree with you. It would be cool. |

Well then all that person would get is a hat and a party for an hour. It's not like the hat is limited and you don't get any money. If the person JUST created the account, then it's not like they could invite anyone to their party. |

GREAT IDEA!!!! but how about not the firework gear, noobs would go crazy, how about a cake that shoots a message above your head when you eat it saying, "usernamehere is celebrating their birthday!" |

Well, the firework is BC only, and most idiots don't get BC. (Probably because they know that theyll get banned a lot xD)
