Hello, vampire2512 here.
I wanted to make a helpful idea for you and our enviroment.
My idea was for ROBLOX to make their systems run on solar
panels. I'm accually not sure if their are virtual solar panels
yet, but I just thought it would be atleast the best to post
this. Just a helpful hint! What do YOU think? |

First of all, WTH IS A VIRTUAL SOLAR PANEL?!?!
Secondly, if roblox ran on REGULAR solar panels, what would happen if it was a really hot day in california? Its 70 degrees right now over there! imagine what its like in the summer! If the WAS a really hot day, you guessed it, the solar panels would overheat. When solar panels overheat, they could melt, or catch on fire. If the solar panels caught on fire, you'd have a giant smoke signal withe the ROBLOX HQ as kindling. That fire would kill everyone inside and everyone in the vicinity. And dont even get me started on what would happen to the panels if they melted. If those solar panels melted, they would corode the roof of the HQ, killing everyone on its way down. As soon as it got to the server room, it would get into the little computers and melt them, causing a hug explosion. YOU and YOUR idea would be the cause of at least 100,000 deaths in Redwood City. So think about that next time you post a dumb idea like that. |

1. Builderman or one of the developers makes a model called "Virtual ROBLOX solar panels"

@Nat, actually solar panels are used where it's alot warmer then 70F such as the Sahara Desert.
Solar Panels are designed to create electricity from heat and light. |

My whole school runs on 20 solar panels, we have 100 computers 20 cd players 50 smart boards 5 of those completly outdated over head projectors and all the lights and stuff... We dont have any problems, and if you put a good coolant system in place... there is no risk of fire |

Their huge and they have solar batteries, we switch off all the power at night so its not wasted... And it doesnt have to be sunny, it just needs to be bright... Plus they were installed at the end of the last school year so they had a whole summer to save up energy... the only downside is that they attact birds... and birds poop everywhere... But its all good. We are thinking of switching to wind so that will be happening during the year... 2 solar panels = 1 turbine...

Ya simple, even if they run all non-computer related objects on solar. it cuts their costs by 20%...
If they put all copy machines office equipment and stuff like that on solar panels... It will all help |

@commander, the solar batteries would have time to charge during server downtime and update programming, because they would have to turn off the network to update, thus lowering the power needed. Plus you can set a rate of power and the excess gets stored |

I don't know if you americans make your solar panels from ice or something... but up here in civlized sweden, our panels are based on Silicon which has a melting point of 1700 Degrees... i don't think that it ever will be that hot in California... |
