My alarm rang loudly waking me up at 6:00 AM that day. I got out of bed, got dressed and went outside to meet up with my friends. We are part of an entomology club, or The Bug Bunch as most kids call us. We went to a local hill near the woods named Roosevelt Hill, but we called it Bugland. The hill was always crawling with bugs, centipedes, flys, dragonflys, spiders, and all sorts of other creepy crawlies. We had split up to see what insects we could find this time. I went nearer to the woods and as i looked around I heard a voice, "Is he own of the few?" another voice answered, "Yes i believe he is." "Who's there?" I whispered while turning around to find the origin of the voices, "Where are you?"
"Down here." a voice near my foot said. I looked down and saw a dragon fly crawling along a piece of grass. "Y-y-you talk?" I stuttered out. "No I'm just a dragonfly on a piece of grass the leaf next to me was talking. OF COURSE IT WAS ME!" the little dragonfly said. "How?" I asked. It flew up and landed on my nose. "You shall learn." it said touching my nose with its jaws. In my mind I saw a peaceful group of insects playing with eachother. "These are some of my people." Next I saw a black cloud moving across land and air. As it got closer i saw it was huge insect shaped mechs in all black armor. "These are the black swarm." I watched as the bugs ran away but were soon killed. Then I saw a boy with a centipede around his neck raise a golden card. "The Master Card" The centipede leaped onto it and turned into a mech. "These are the few with the knowledge to fight the swarm." The mech tore hundreds of the swarm down in minutes but was soon over powered. "There are not enough of them to hold back the swarm." The vision ended and i asked "What was that?". "That was what is happening on my planet and hundreds more in our section of space." the dragonfly replyed. "You are one of the ones capable of winning the war. Help us." |

"How do i help you?" i asked. "you must use your master card and combine with me to help stop the black swarm." He said. "A master card? i dont have one." I told him. "Yes you do. That trinket you found when you were little, the thing you now wear around your neck." He patienly explained. "How did you know about it?" I asked. "I put it there. My leader sent me with it for future need." he explained. "Will you help us?" "Sure" i said. "What do i do now?"
"Hold out the card." He said as he crawled across it. A cold metallic voice rang out of the card. "Computer Activated please imput you name onto holographic screen. L-a-n-e F-a-r-l-o-w. Welcome Lane Farlow. Please choose a weapon for mech."the voice said. I chose the only two it gave me to choose. "Small low damage Gatling gun and claws. Please choose a specialty this will change your upgrades as you go to fit." I chose Melee Type. "Melee Type confirmed. Please scan your partner Draco now." I scanned Draco and headed back to tell the others. "Guys, you'll never believe this!" I exclaimed. "What that your a chosen one also?" one of them said. "how'd you know?" I asked. "All of the bug bunch is" He said. "We are going to transport you to base now." draco said. I felt a tingling and then saw we were in a battlefield filled with buzzing. "NO! we landed in The Hive!" He exclaimed. "This is the home of the Black Bees." The bees fighting the other chosen ones looked at us and the buzzing increased. |

"HURRY USE THE CARD!" draco screamed. In one fluid motion I pulled out the card and scanned him. I jumped into the co,ck-pi,t of the drago-mech as the name on the side said. Flipping switches, pressing buttons, and moving the lever as though born to use this mech i got him off the ground and firing. A bee landed on my back and began tearing at my armor. I flew up to the top of the nest and stalled the engine, turned around and slammed the bee into the ground; the entire hive shook. "Be careful!" Draco yelled. "This whole place could come down." Up ahead i saw a bee 3 times larger than the others tearing down the allied forces. "The queen..." I say slowly remembering that a hive falls without its queen. "After the queen" i yell into the radio. All the nearby allied mechs swarm ontop of the queen. The queen thrashed around and a carc.ass of a mosquito falls beside me. I speed up and then break through the queens c.ock.pit and black the pilot to deat.h. |

it would be much easier to read if it as split up into the shorter paragraphs like Imafighter did. i get lost, especially this late at night. |
