Ideas been tried so many freakin times, you need to script it yourself in a game to make it work...
Its just like the egg drops, but its with rain/snow...

It would be a great idea, the way it should work is like, when your done building a game and you X out of it, before it says "would you like to save?" it should say "Would you like to add seasonal weather to your place?" and then you can click yes or no. |

Been suggested countless times.
It won't be that hard, either. Just make a few emmitters and particles and bundle it into a script.
