I swallowed my fear and looked around. Blood was everywhere and bodys where all over the floor. It was a horrible sight. |

I heard a what seemed so far a "Hey!". I decided to at least get some information. I took a Fire Extingusher, a bit gloomily, but continued and forced myself. I thought about my mom..I immediatally almost fell from the weight of the fear and guilt. I forced myself harder, and continued, nearly dragging myself. |

We walked in the classroom, no one was in there. "Check the drawers for anything," I said, as I walked around the desks, opening them for anything. "Nothing," said Steve. "Here either," I said, as we walked out of the classroom. I turned around, seeing a girl walking slwoly down the hallway. "I'll take care of it," I said, walking up to her. "Are you alright?" I said, putting my hand on her shoulder. |

I started getting relieved and we decided it was better to be in a group, so about 5 or 6 people joined. We proceded down the hallway, back to back when we saw a SWAT unit and a girl. "Hey, over there!" Daniel exclaimed running past a hallway when... a mutated tiny creature jumped at him and ripped him into halves.. |

I heard mutters of "Oh my god.." along with occasional screams and cusses. I felt horrible... how could I just let him die before my eyes... it started running towards the group, and to be specific, directly towards me. I stared as it when it jumped up right into my face, when something inside me boiled and burned, which I slamed the fire extingusher as hard as I possibly could, right into it's face, causing it to slam hard into a locker. |

My eyes went wide when I saw the boy ripped to shreds by that mutant. I couldn't find my voice. |

I saw her eyes go wide, as I turned around. "STOP!" I yelled at the thing, as it turned and looked at me, then started slowly approaching me. "RUN!" I yelled at the girl, as I pointed my gun at it. |

I stood there, frozen, I could have stood there for years if a Senior hadn't shook me. It felt as if a hand was toying with me and the reality, as if it had a had around my heart and crushed it into pieces. I stared at the blood and everything that happened..I nearly lost myself, but I shook some sense into myself. |

The creature twitched and started to run at the SWAT unit, ignoring the fact I just slammed it into the locker, making one of it's leg broken. |

I pulled out my pocket knife and I threw it at the mutant, hitting his shoulder. |

I shot next to it, trying to scare it. "I SAID STOP!" I yelled, as it growledf and began running towards me. It lept on me, as I hit it in the face with the back end of my gun. It screeched and ran into a classroom. |

I stared at the action going on and something boiled inside me even hotter. I shook myself out of it once again and ran, slide to a stop, and looked inside the classroom it went into. The lights suddenly blacked out. |

My helmet light was still working, as I peered into the classroom. I heard a cling of metal, then looked at an air ventthat had been opened. I looked into it. "He's in the air vent system." |

I looked towards him and nodded. I ran in, gained speed and jumped into the open vent. I stuck my hand out and gestured it was clear. |

"No, it's too dangerous," I told him. "We need to go in the hallway and listen to the main air system for it." |

I held my fire extingusher tightly, hearing thumps near the SWAT unit. "Watch out!!" I say pointing to a large thump, as if the mutant was trying to make a hole to jump on him. |
