Can anybody give me advice on this disconnection problem?

I've been having disconnection issues from games for about 7 months now. Same story as everyone else, I disconnect after 5 minutes of playing, building lags, etc. I've been reading a few threads and a lot of people are saying Windows 7 does not have this issue. I happen to have a Windows 7. I'm starting to think maybe I didn't do something correctly. Can anybody help?

delete your cookies and ask roblox threw email they helped me loads

I already did the above. Roblox said they're working on the problem.
