I got a message saying my OBC expired, I asked my dad to re-do the OBC and it wont let us, when we try to click the OBC button, or any of the BC buttons it wont let us because its grey.Also he paid for the month but it still didnt work.

We payed for the month, why dont I have OBC anymore? I still have the theme on, the bodies, but i dont get to buy anything BC opnly, and I dont get ANY daily tix or robux. ROBLOX, my account is messed up :\

Please help, why dont moderators ever help? Ive had to start a whole nother account once because the moderators dont help, I email, call, and start forums, but they have not once helped.
