The building room is throwing exceptions every couple of hours that cause it to hang. The Games page will still show it as being up, but when trying to join, you get blue sky.
KeppAlive is not working because the exception prompts the user whether they want to debug, so the server process does not terminate without intervention. |

The arena also crashes my computer, shutting it down. Can you guys please look into this if you have the time? |

Our computer is a Dell desktop, pretty new. And we have Comcast Hi-Speed Internet. It's pretty fast. Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz, 2.99 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM. It should run fine for games like this. |

I think you are having client rather than server crashes. If you want, can you try going to settings->Rendering and see if turning shadows off on your machine helps.
You will have to do this from ROBLOX Studio. Thanks!

Well, I'm sorry, but I don't know how to use the E-mail, but I think I know when the server crashes. It's when there are loads of people on the server, when there are lots of things going on at once, especially rockets, and when someone with a slow connection is on the server. One or all of those circumstances are present when it crashes my computer. |

Hey, scratch all of that! I fixed the problem myself! I did it by hacking through all of the Roblox data. Lol! But seriously, I did it by using Windows Defragmenter program. And by the PC on point program, where it repairs any problems with programs. So, it wasn't Roblox, it was our computer. Sorry for all the inconvenience. |
