Actually, they just added a Catchpa for people who are logging in and out too fast. They could make it so that anyone on the creators IP cannot vote for that ad

If they save it to your account, deleting cookies won't do anything...
That's like saying:
"ZUMG! MAH PLACE WUZ JUUST DELETED CUZ I DELETED COOKIEZ!!! LULZLULZLULZ!"
happens daily...
Well it doesn't... Because the place is saved somewhere special, and they may as well save the ratings there too. |

Ok, ROBLOX has even mentioned this one, so it's NOT against the rules:
Paint.NET (program, not site)
Google it.
And I'm not against MS Paint, I'm against bad ads from MS Paint.
You can make some pretty good drawings on MS Paint... And I have even seen a few ads from MS Paint that weren't awful... But MOST of the MS Paint ads are just the Spray Paint Tool writing "U WAN 2 COM RITE?"
But if you take the time to make a GOOD ad in paint, noone will hate you for it. |

still the highest decrease wouldnt be more than 5 percent, so its enough to affect it but not harm the number of views. |

Since mostly, a noobs freind agrees with him, thats 20000 votes AT LEAST.
Another variable-- How many noobs are angry.
5 noobs + 5 freinds = 100000 votes.
50 noobs.
500 noobs.
5000 noobs.
SO ON.
Also, some may even ask MORE freinds to ask their freinds etc.
Highest = 500000
Lowest = 5.

Well, everythings abusable, that's agreed. But the thing that everybody says but NOBODY knows the meaning of is the word "noob", they're talking about players with safe chat right? That doesn't mean that their stupid, idiotic, a "noob" ect. Just because they have safety chat doesn't mean they'll go around spamming everything, rating all the ads down, ect. They can be just as smart as you. When you create and ad on MS Paint, there's a 95% chance that sombody will say it's copied when it's not. They're not a noob, they just mistake the ad for another, or just think they've seen it before. I know I have, probably all of you have too. I know for a fact that you guys aren't going to admit that, but let me just say this: People who would tell all their friends to rate an ad down doesn't mean that they WILL! Theres the same chance of a user WITH safety chat to rate an ad down as there is with users WITHOUT safety chat. All i'm saying is a line quoted very many times: "All men are created equal." |
