What if i want to give another person a t-shirt i made but i don't have BC/TBC/OBC?!?!?!?! Well my idea fixes this: I think that Non-BC should be able to sell T-shirts/Shirts/Pants.... BUT ONLY FOR FREE, they can't sell it for money, this way it will encourage people to buy BC yet still please peoples needs!

Free yes. But; Isn't that still giving Non-BC'ers BC privaliges? It's still selling it. I wouldn't mind selling my T-Shirts for Free; As long as we can.
