I had this idea of a build tool, the Brick cutter. You wouuld select ot, aand when you mouse on a brik surface, it would show a little grid with lines in between all the studs, and you would click two of these lines, one to select the area, and another one to select the direction of the cut. This would make it much easier to make sections in bases that already have things built upon them. I would find this tool very helpful.
