(Dude, a role-play doesn't have to be completely rational. It's a world YOU create, and sort of control.)

(The more you reply to me like the more replies you can expect, I don't know, some cops dragging you into a prison because of a killing spree you went on? Look, if you're going to ignore the cops you will NOT expect me to join AT ALL, even if you made it to the 50 page mark, the police you find the ambulance, dead crew, contact the hospital that it was going to, then they will go on a big adventure after her for questioning about how she made it out fine, btu everyone else didn't with bite marks all over.)

(Why would we want you to join? All you have is your troll vomit.)

(Besides, who said the police are doing that anyway? Also, they have no leads other than witnesses who probably didn't see her face anyway.)

(He just went from plane crashes that match RL almost perfectly to this, there is one thing that even a role-play needs: Well made human reactions, survival is the first thing that comes to mind in a time like this, at least remember that when making your next post.)

(The plane crash one was pretty much a one-off, man. Most of my RP's involve space or zombies. Here, I've just taken an area of RPing which is mostly dominated by Trolls, Mary-Sues and n00bs, and tried to make something good of it. The air crash one wasn't my first RP, you know.)

(An ambulance just crashed with the crew dead with bite marks all over! If they are there why is the girl missing? Missing posters would go up, they would be on the look out, even contact the parents for where she might be if she got lost!)

(Guy, not everything needs to match real life. The point of most role-plays is to be part of an interesting story. It's like reading a book, but you and the others decide what happens. It's like being inside a book. And the last time I checked, there is this thing called Fiction, and it means not real. So go and criticize the thousands of Fiction writers, hmm?)

(And with the accident, all of this has happened in possibly a matter of HOURS, and the police would be that swift.)

(If you are going to make a role-play like this the police are needed, I have never heard of a book with a similar plot with not one single police officer.)

(In farm like towns there isn't really that many officers maybe a sheriff... =3..)

(Look, every, and I mean EVERY role-play or story has some holes in it. Nobody is perfect, not even Mary-Sues. I say as long as people ENJOY it, then it's good. If an RP crashes, it's not the end of the world. It should have a decent sense-making story, but it doesn't have to be absolutely perfect.)

Kirby2good4u
#38349743Wednesday, December 08, 2010 10:01 PM GMT

(They WILL show up. It doesn't have to be instant! Think of it like a story. You are in one place at a time. Right now, it is alternating between Natasha and me. The police will show up later. The parents don't know anything of this yet, because it's just happened.)

(Lives are at risk, the fire department and the police are trained to show up as fast as possible, if an idiot can go through a big drama act at a pawn shop then you should hear the sound of the fire trucks and the police cruisers speeding toward the crash site.)
