I'm sick of playing games when it's pure darkness, we need light systems! For example, go to Insert, on a brick, then, you know how there's smoke, fire, sparkles? Yeah, well what about a LIGHT.
Now, how it would be used....
For example, the fire has heat, which raises it's length, and it has size, which stretches it's width.
For the lights, we could have radius. For example,
"Light radius: 1.5" Now, that would cover 1 stud and a half.
"Light Color: Bright Yellow" Yes, a color change for it also.
"Light height: 15" For how high the light is off the ground.
Now, the light wouldn't be an orb, or a brick, it would just be an effect, which can cover up the
space that you have adjusted it to, and before you say, tl;dr, Please, don't even BOTHER posting.
I know this idea has been posted, MANY times, but it is VERY necessary to make this, I'd LOVE to see this update in the future. |

No it wouldn't be to much work, they already have it under the lightning programing, and what else are they doing besides this amazing idea? Making hats, and contests. Honestly dude, we NEED lights. |

agreed, only robloxians have shadows and if you want to create a dark cave right now you haave to place transparent black waolls and ikt looks crappy. |

Yes, it would need to be updated, however. they do have the codes within their system already, all they need to do is adjust it so we can edit where the light is changed. For example, it's bright inside one house but dark in the other. |

I'm sure that most of roblox's population would agree that we need light effects/particles more than the smoke element. |
