In my opinion,
it fails.
Because some people call others noobs for know reason,
especially to new players, which is sad and makes our community go down hill.
It fails since we have trolls and flamers.

That depends on what you mean "friendly" to.
The ROBLOX staff discriminates against four groups of people to my knowledge, and the players often say inappropriate things. |
