It's called Time Runners...
It's about two people, a boy and a girl, both 18, who meet in a small village.But things don't stay normal for a while. Soon after, the kings Royal army invades their village. During the attack, everyone except them seem to freeze at one point. They later find out that they stopped time-- with no one else knowing. Then, their adventure begins....
