Its been a year since the events of Operation: Xionic, alot has changed.
The Xionic Company General is still missing, BioInt soldiers are scattered across the United States, separated. But there is a new group that mysteriously appeared during that year, the Outer Legion. Outer Legion seems to be made of thousands of super-soldiers, similar to the ones created by Xionic hired to destroy BioInt.

[@ Ardak52: Yes, the Madness Combat flash known as Xionic Madness. I based this Role Play "Series" off the flash movies. It's non-canon to the actual flash movies though. You cannot take the roles of the charactors from the flashes though, you'll need to make your own charactors.] |
