Besides, how do you know its laggy if its never been done before?
Think about all the things you can make!

Well it would save time instead of going to upload every frame to make a movie.
but indeed there is the problem of moderation, if there is someone to upload some kind of seizure animation (there will be many!!) how the moderators are going to moderate?
If you don't mind let's add something more interesting, when an animation is loaded in it's page is howed like a decal BUT!! it has a play button that if clicked shows the animation, and with this the game is done!!
