I don't know if anyone has said this already because I havn't read the whole thing, but the forums should be where only 13 and above accounts can access them.
P.S. My main account is RINGMASTER123 the account that I am on I only use for testing and scripting. |

Well I do think its a good idea... I find many people who play Roblox can be very ignorant and immature. I tried making a petition for a new hat to go with the Ice Skull of Nevermoore (the hat requested being an Angel Hat) But I was denied by legions of Flaming Posters. |

This is exactly what they mean weird little kids messing around writing jibberish that no one understands but them.I support your idea people if your going to write somthing make it so some one besides you can read it.Good luck =)

well if you cant take people talking like this: i gawt an awsom place!
then theres nothing you can do about it. BUT, this is where the idea comes in. it stops noobs from posting stuff like I WHANT FREE ROBUX $$$ and then there could be a fourm where there are no posts like that. brilliant idea. |

The more I think about it, the more I think this won't work. But, maybe there could be another way to stop noobs: something like the Whistle Status on Newgrounds. Report something that should be deleted, then when the mods get to it, you get a point. Report something pointlessly, you lose a point. Everyone starts out with 0 points, meaning average. If your points are higher, your report is treated with a higher priority. If the points are lower, there's not much chance your report will do much of anything, seeing as the mods will take it to be trash. Even if you're in this situation, your points will still go up if what you reported was a significant problem. If something that you made was deleted by mods for being a problem, or if you're suspended/banned (not deleted, duh) your score goes down by 10 points. The points will not be displayed, but the rankings will. The rankings go as follows, and are treated as badges. (name - points - description - priority)
Moderator - This would be a moderation badge, meaning that the points would be nonexistant for any moderator or super-mod. Anybody who quits their job as moderator starts with 51 points.
ROBLOX Police - This user is amazing at pointing out problems! This could be the next mod! - 51 - Reports are moved to the top of the priority list, and it takes five bad reports to downgrade the user to Watchdog.
Watchdog - This ROBLOXian obviously remembers the rules. - 36 to 50 - Reports are underneath those of the ROBLOX Police, but still at the top.
Conformist - This user is off to a good start. - 11 to 35 - Reports moved to the middle of the stack.
Neutral - The people falling under this category haven't proven whether they are good at reporting or not. - Negative 10 to 10 - Reports are just below mid-priority.
Irrational - This user's view of "Abuse" may cover a little more than most. - Negative 35 to negative 11 - Reports are low-priority.
Rebellious - This person is getting bad at reporting. Look out for them. - Negative 50 to negative 36 - Reports moved to the bottom of the list.
Noob - This ROBLOXian doesn't know when to stop reporting. But don't worry, his reports won't do any harm. - Negative 51 - Reports ignored, but counted when an act is taken against anything that they reported. It takes five significant reports to upgrade the user to Rebellious status.

Epic... This is a great idea! I fully support.
(A list of things that would come out of this)
-The forum would most likely be full of GOOD suggestions.
-No nooby suggestions like "Re-Open Gifts PLZZZZZ plsss PLZ"
-People will understand what you are talking about..
-More topics will actually be ON topic.
