There should be a subsection in the People category for User ID lookups. If a person knows a friend's name, they can look up their user ID. Or if a person knows an ID, they can look up the associated name. The second one is more useful, but both have their applications.
Also, allow banned users to show in searches. Have their status be "Banned for X days", "Banned, awaiting reactivation", or "Permanently Banned". Let us see their profiles, and if their games were not the reason for their ban, then let us play them. Change their blurb to whatever type ban their status is, and make their "What I'm Doing" bar say "Banned", to announce to their best friends that they were banned.

Bad usernames can fade out. That would be what would not show. |

Maybe keep the [ Content Deleted UserID ] scheme as found in friends. Also, make their place titles, such as UserName's Place, [ Content Deleted ] as well. |

Once, someone's username changed to [ Content Deleted ##### ]. So I believe bad usernames change anyway. |

Yes, I fully agree. Just because someone is banned, doesn't mean you shouldnt be able to not see their profile. |

@Catblox, like the user Admin Roblox doesnt want anyone knowing that Admin was the first user, so they deleted the account completely. In my opinion its a good idea, but I dont think it'll happen anytime soon :/ |

Definitely support. It's useful if you want to find their games, know how long they're banned for, or search though their models. |

Support. But instead of pretty much changing everything to "Banned", Where it shows if your Online or not or Says what game you are in, It should Say "Banned for _ Day(s)" Or the other things you have said. |
