In modern day New York City, there is a group stationed called The (highely-top-secret) Loyal Order of Roobalah, where the good magical people, maintain ballance agianst the Chicago based (Highely-top-secret) Loyal Order of Zaraloth, who try to keep ballance with the Roobalah. The Roobalah, think that light is best, the Zaraloth, with darkness. They are both "good" but have different oppinons, just because Zaraloth is darkness, it does not mean they are bad, they dont torture (nor do roobalah) they just prefer darkness.
