Origin: He once was a normal penguin in a zoo, but after a nuclear meltdown he began to think like a human, act like a human, fight like a human, and he could do all of this better than any human. The goverment took him to a secreet facility where he was traine to become a super soldier. After a while he decided to escape, he used his enhaned skill to break out. He know thought all humans where bad, so he decided to cause chaos among their society.
Hero or Villain: Villian
Appereance: Penguin, wheres samuaria armor and puts black sunglasses on.
Power: slightly better intelligence and stregnth. Uses a katana and double sided spear. Some times carriers extra goodies like a Uzi sub machine gun( not very often becuase of bullets), smoke grenades and flashbangs.
Extra: Live in a unused sewer pipe that has a small table, tv, couch, frigde, and a few other kichten appliances. |

I rolled my eyes at him while turning off the hair dryer. "one day I'm going to have to make that hair spiky." I chuckled at the thought and grabbed his jacket. |
