This is the situation:
Roblox released BC Only in order to experiment with the system. Possibly to see how the community would react, possibly to see how the servers/programs would react.
Roblox does NOT want people to be prejudiced against NBC, they in fact encourage people to make 2 copies of their places, 1 BC Only and 1 NBC permitting. The unfortunate part, is that some people don't do this.
There's my suggestion: Merge them.
All places would have mandatory BC Only AND NBC permitting system. This is what I mean:
BuilderBob (someone go create that account) - makes a place.
NedBC and BorC (NBC and BC respectively) - go to the place page.
For Ned, there is 1 button: "Play"
This button needs no introduction, it starts a regular server open to all.
For Bor, there are 2 buttons: "Play" and "Play BC"
The Play BC button starts a BC only server. NBC and guests cannot join the server (NOTE: Don't disagree because it forbids guests - they're already blocked from BC only places). Only BC members can see and join this server. Scripts would not be permitted to tell if they're on a BC Only server or not.
Simple? Everyone can play all games, but some servers can be restricted.
This same feature can be extended to TBC Only and OBC Only servers.
Please post valid arguments for why this is a bad idea if you disagree. |

No matter how much the disadvantage between normal NBC server and BC only server: BC only games will not be available for NBC. Period. |

But there's no logical reason for it to be that way. This has all the pro's of BC Only games, and none of the Con's.
It is undeniable that BC-Only is angering the Roblox community.
It is undeniable that Roblox has every right to make BC-Only places.
Why not make both Roblox and NBC happy? |

Great - I totally agree with you that Roblox has the right to do this and that people are MASSIVELY overreacting, but if you have the choice between making 1 group happy, another group happy, or both groups happy, there's no reason except spite and malice to choose anything other than both. |

NBCers could not access BC only servers - they're isolated from NBC, the same goal is accomplished.
People would still have the option to lock places into only BC using scripts.
Player.MemberShip exists for a reason. |

"BC only" has a meaning. It's only for BC members.
It's like saying "'BC only' items should be able to buy even if you are NBC, but more expencive". |

BC Only places exist to get paying customers away from non paying customers. BC only servers DO THE SAME THING WITHOUT ANGERING PEOPLE. |

And that's why I'm suggesting TO CHANGE.
I'm not saying remove the update, in principal the goal is OK. NBC is the normal membership types of the billions of spam alts that irritate me to no end, but BC only servers would isolate me from those alts the same as BC only games. |

You didn't even read the post, did you?
If you had even bothered to read my thread before making utterly empty arguments against it - you'd know.
There's a second "Play" button that either lets you join an existing BC only server or make a new one, just like the one we have now. |
