Good sounding music is, in fact good sounding music, but autotune does not make good sounding music.

Although, this is all a case of 'to each their own.' Some people like autotuned songs. Some people hate them. Some don't care either way.

my point is that almost all the singers that almost every one knows auto tunes but the singers who are famuse but not know by almost every one who was born in the years 1995 to well 2011 dont auto tune but are pushed behind rap ad pop whitch is mostly all ways auto tuned. a good example of a band that dose not auto tune but is not know by most kids(well maybe they know the band but since the songs they hear are the radio are auto tuend its sounds weird)is bon jovi.

Just because someone uses auto-tune doesn't mean they can't sing. And just because it's called "auto-tune" doesn't mean that that's its only function. As I recall, it can distort voices too. So what if she can sing, but it's covered up by all the distortion? You're jumping to conclusions. And you're also stereotyping. It's not true that "all the singers that everyone knows uses auto-tune". And they're not always auto-tuned either. Christ. You don't listen to music apparently, and Bon Jovi isn't the Jesus of music like you seem to believe. Stop citing him over other artists, he's just as commercial as what's here now in technical terms. And no, singers that "aren't auto-tuned" aren't being pushed behind rap/pop. If you'd stop listening to Top 40 radio, you'd know. Tons of other artists in other genres get talked about constantly, you're just too busy being an un-educated, biased dolt to notice. So here's an idea: shut up. (And go to first grade. You're spelling and grammar is horrible (>.>))

Autotune doesn't sound good. If you can't sing, don't try.

Now there you go. Auto-tune has been used in interesting ways before. Educate yourself before posting, please.

@straf You're right, but I still think that autotune sounds bad.

No. People do care about grammar, especially if you can't understand what in the flying frakgro you're saying. >.>
