Make Groups not only for BC

I think free members should be able to make atleast 1 group while bc should be able to make as many as they can, and free groups should only go to 5 ranks while bc groups get as many as they can pay for (with robux). I might be pushing it a little but if this were to happen it'd be really cool.

NBC'ers are called NBC for a reason. they dont get to have BC features. And what do you mean BC should be able to make as many as they can? it costs roblox money, thts why there is a limit, you pay more, you get more groups.
