There are people in this world that are not what you would call "ordinary". They can do amazing things, that you could only dream of: teleportation, shape shifting, cell regeneration, super human strength, flight, anything! My father never believed in them. But I do, I am one of these people. Not all of us uses our gifts for good. Some use them to kill, some don't even know they have them. No one knows of our existence, except for the company. A group of ordinary people and people with gifts who's job it is to lock us away from the light of day. We get tested on, and some times even killed in there.
I will not stand for it any more. Will you?

Power: Telekinetic Powers (Able to pick things up and move them)

If so what is it: Telekinetic Powers (Why did we do this twice?)
Bio: William was never a good child. He almost always got into trouble, and was swearing constantly. This lead him to be a adult, mugging people at night, and returning to his apartment at dawn. William would use his telekinetic powers to make easy muggings, and sometimes would use brute force. William lives in a apartment, on the bad side of town.
