It's like NZ's "Be Crushed by a Speeding Wall". The source of the problem is noobs.
In my place, all that is there is an insert tool. Oh, and a server-crash brick activated by you clicking it.
If you don't click it, you can do anything you want.
But the second you click it - BANG! Everybody gets banned, and the server goes under.
