This is suggested too much. I hate BC-only games too, but they will never fix it. So NO COOKIE.

This doesn't REMOVE them, but simply making games with BC-Only servers. It actually fixes a problem, as all games will get one once a BC enters the game. Its 3 tix per BC in any server (1 more if its BC-only) and the normal 1 tix per NBC. OBCs give 5 tix instead.
