Adding NBC games is only simply giving more rights to NBC-ers. It doesn't really affect BC.

Moreover, if only NBC are allowed to play an NBC game, then technically only NBCs can make NBC games. Ok. This is confusing. Let's stick to the normal Free/BC games. NBC games will just make things complicated. Because that means that... only NBCs can make it and only NBCs can join it... Very confusing indeed.
