What if ROBLOX had magnetized bricks? I know it's scriptable, but if roblox can create it, there will be no lag from all of the bricks. All they are is just regular bricks with an added property. Which would be a value, and the number of the value will determine whether the magnet is positive or negative according to if the number is in the negatives or positives. And of course this wouldn't be accessable unless you check the Magnetic box that will also be added. Example:
local p = Instance.new("Part")
p.Parent = game.Workspace
p.Magnetic = true
p.MagnetForce = 50 -- or any other name he could come up with
It is scriptable, but, a LOT of robloxians can not script, and find it hard to learn. Most of ROBLOX would love for this to come because they can't script it themself. It's very difficult to succeed at a non-laggy magnet that will attract or repel any other magnetized bricks. And it would also save LOTS of time.

With the right programming, this function could make a fast and efficient train system! Support |

Dont forget about
p.MagnetType = 1 --or 0, to make it + or - |
|
|
I was thinking that the MagneticForce would determine whether it's positive or negative. For instance:
p.MagetForce = 35 -- positive
p.MagnetForce = -5 -- negative |

a scriptable suggestion simply does not happen.
nice concept though. |

@frozengaia
Go on, script it. Do spend 10 hours while messing with BodyPosition and searching engine. Instead of supporting this thread. |

perception fail detected.
NICE CONCEPT THOUGH.
did you see that line?
no, you obviously didn't.
either that or you have a brain tumour. |

You haz fueled ROFLcopter. Lift off in... 3... 2... 1... LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.
Yup, had to be done. |

The fire was scriptable with a Billboard GUI. And yet they made it. Bump. |
|
|
Can be scripted by players. For an example, look in my favorites for the game 4x4, I forgot who made it though. |
|
|
What is your point of showing me this game? |
|
|
So that you believe me when I say that this can be scripted. Why else? |

P.S. all i see at 4x4 - some cars... |
|
|
@never
If you play it, the cars won't fall off of the walls, they stick to it. This is because the creator added a light magnetic script on the bricks. |

fire was scruffy and unrealistic in that way. roblox improved it. |
|
|
Exactly. Scriptable things don't always do what you want them to unless you perfect them which could take forever, why doesn't roblox just take this idea and perfect it so there is no more trouble? Hat were too once scriptable, and roblox took it and improved it. I already read that ROBLOX's goal was for it to be the most realistic physics game. And adding magnets would make him just one step closer. |

fire was different.
and roblox is idioticly UNREALISTIC. WE DO NOT BOUNCE ON ROCKS!
hat's are not scriptable.
fire, you see, did not SPREAD! it did not BURN! etc. |
|
|
Hats ARE scriptable. With a Weld object. |
|
|
And fire does not spread without a script, and a script can make both of the fires spread. |

you cannot BUY custom hats you made, makeing them inscriptable.
and fire, oh where is BBB when you need him? |
