There are some expensive hats sold by ROBLOX that are being sold by players cheaply. You simply need to wait till the demand for the item is down and/or when supply of the people selling the item is up.

Supply and demand. If you see that little graph below, that's how much it's worth at the current. If someone wants to sell it when it's at its lowest, snipe it.
