To stop false reporting

If somebody false reports people like 5-10 times in 1 month they will get banned for a week 11-20 ban for a month Anything over that will be a permanent ban

Very bad idea. You may think your doing the right thing but your not. You Get banned just for being on the safe side? Fail.
