If you've reported him a ton, then that means that he isn't breaking any rules. Either ignore him, try to talk to him, or see if you can get Roblox to do something about it, though I'm not sure what method you should use to try and talk to Roblox.
But this definetely does not belong on this forum. |

Ok, here is a trick that I always use, make the other person so mad by acting cool and calm, when he gets really mad, he will start to swear, then you report him.
I know it's an evil plan but hey, it works. |
