E.g 0 Posts to post in RT. 800 Posts to post in LMaD. 400 Posts to post in S&I. e.c.t. So it cuts down on, scaming, n00byness, trolling, bad grammar,failed agenst the WNTS ideas and spam. Players will have to start out on RT to move on. :3
