Just for example, i made a account- and then i went straight to the forums, and all i kept asking for was against the rules, so i think before you can actually go on the Forum you MUST accept the rules, and read them. It's kinda hard to explain- it's like when you accept the rules you're allowed to post/make a forum, this comes up when you first ever go on the forums and also when your post is braking the rules, it pops up and you accept it. It should stop alot of annoying- pointless suggestions that brake the rules. Agree?

Do you ever really read the Terms of Service or End User License Agreement when you register to play games online? Probably not. Barely anyone does :/ This'd just be a shorter version of that. This wouldn't help anything. I promise.

Example: New user:LOLOL IMA MAK A FORUM(xD I hate when people mix up thread and forum) TO SUGEST SUM PETZ!!1! *rules box pops up when the user enters* *user simply clicks "accept rules"* New user:*posts thread*LOLOLO PETZ ROCKZ!1!1!!! *rules box pops up again for breaking the rules* *user simply clicks "accept rules" again* New user:*posts a new thread* LOLOLO I POSTED A FOURM AKING FOR 100 BUX A DAY! *the same pattern happens with the rules box* See my point?
