I can't get on any games. It's always the ID-15 error. The last time I was able to get on ROBLOX was in October.. OCTOBER. Please help.

Almost forgot. It's only my laptop. And it isn't the router because it doesn't work at my grandparent's house either.

Roblox blames your firewall. I don't know what causes it, because I used to get it and even with my firewall off I got it. It's probably the servers.

What do you mean the servers? I don't think that's it because it's been happening since October. And yeah, event with it off it happens.

Number one MAKE ROBLOX AS A TRUSTED PROGRAM! in ALL you anti virus programs If you have any sort of antivirus program turn off its firewall and youse ur computers original firewall.

Reinstall Roblox, especially if you haven't reinstalled since the last update. Then try playing by going to the Start menu>Programs>Roblox>Play Roblox.

Try clicking the Play button again, so the Play Roblox - [2] window opens up. It usually works for me.

I'd say it would be the link between the computer and ROBLOX's servers,at a guess, since it happens on both routers Try reinstalling your wireless card drivers,or if it is built in,your computer provider will have the drivers, just route around on their website. If it isn't that,It can't be firewall becuase if it was,ROBLOX wouldn't be allowed to start. It cant be anti virus because some sort of action would have happened by now Im stumped.

Okay, the problem is that ROBLOX's site service is overloaded, as a cause of this you may be dissconnected when Joining a game with either too much or too little bricks. For further help [email protected]

Nooblet, that isn't the problem. Why would it be like that for five months straight? And it's not my router. It doesn't work at my grandparent's house. However.. My router connector IS built into my computer. Hm..

I haven't found any specific documentation on ROBLOX error codes, but I usually receive a "Failed to Connect to Game, ID=15" error when I Tools>Test>Start Player before I Tools>Test>Start Server in Studio. I infer that error ID=15 is a connection issue. I suggest checking your Antivirus Program(s) on your computer and the firewall on your router (If applicable). Make sure RobloxApp.exe is a trusted program, reinstall Roblox, and restart your computer. Otherwise I have no other suggestions with the little knowelage I gained from your description.

If all else fails buy a new computer, make a new Roblox account, and boycott the manufacturer of your laptop. ;D
