Server is full when there are only like 1/8 people?

I'm serious when it's even only 1/8 people (mostly it's more than that, though) that window pops up, first is says "Waiting for server" for half a second then suddenly it says, "The server you have requested is full. Waiting for an opening...." It happens all the time! The internet works perfectly fine, but I hate having to not be able to play with my friends sometimes because it says it is full when it isn't. I refresh the servers and then the page and it's still not-full and says it is! (Also the refreshing is slow. I exit the game, refresh the servers and it says I'm still in the server. I'm not complaining about that, though.) Are other people experiencing the same problem, or is it just my computer?

That just happens. It happens a lot, but usually because the server preview is really just outdated by several minutes. It will probably be worse on more-visited games. Sorry. D:

Same thing happened to me.I tried to enter a server with less of the max, it said,"Server is full.Waiting for an opening..."I hate that.It happened before.Like a server with 3 people only,but that's less than the max,it just pops up.

Worse than that it will then put you on a server with 8/8 people so if its a tycoon game your a tycoon to short.

The cause for this is that the part where it displays the number of ppl in the server is behind a couple minutes.
